FACILITIES OF PUSDIKLAT MIGAS CEPU

In 2011, Pusdiklat Migas developed the facility of Production Simulation Laboratory in the form of Well Service of Wireline type. The facility includes wireline prime mover consisting of power pack and slick drum; and downhole equipment. It is used to train the operator to perform well service operation with slick line and to perform assembly of wireline unit. The wireline developer aims to complete facility of well service training and certification held by Pusdiklat Migas Cepu.

Three trainings; Advanced Technical Training I batch I, Advanced Technical Training II batch I of Government Officer Training Program, and Aviation Type A Training of PT. Newmont Program were officially opened by the Head of Pusdiklat Migas, Ir. Agus Purwanto, MSc., on Monday, January 30, 2012, in the hall of Pusdiklat Migas.

Government Officer training program is organized by using the government officer training budget 2012 and has been socialized in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) and the Department of Mines and Energy, among others, the Secretariat General of MEMR, Inspector General of MEMR, Directorate General of Oil and Gas and the Education & Training Agency for Energy and Mineral Resources. The graduation of Operation and Technician Training Program of Total E&P Indonesie, that was conducted in the hall on the third flor of Pusdiklat Migas, was closed officially by the Head of Pusdiklat Migas, represented by Ir. Bambang Sugito, MT. The training done for 3 (three) months was closed on Thursday, January 12, 2012.

The training implementation was based on the cooperation between Total E&P Indonesie and Pusdiklat Migas.

The 46^th anniversary of Pusdiklat Migas is on January 4, 2012 and on January 6, 2012 held in the hall on the third floor of Pusdiklat Migas, the celebration of the anniversary was held with the rice cone cutting by the Head of Pusdiklat Migas, Ir. Agus Purwanto, M.Sc. Accompanied by the Head of Administration, Sri Rahayuningsih, SE.MM., the cone is given to the representative of the oldest employee, Bambang Setyo and the youngest employee, Riza Dian Triwibowo and two exemplary employees, Kris Budianto and Anwar Suu’di.

In line with technological advances, as the Education and Training Center in Sub-Sector of Oil and Gas, Pusdiklat Migas must always develop itself to follow the flow of technological advances.

The consumers’ great interest in education and training; and certification contribute to the advancement of Pusdiklat Migas. As in 2011, Pusdiklat Migas assessed 2380 people to get certification of Drilling.

In 2011 in the refinery of Pusdiklat Migas, it was held refinery development program including the installation of the refinery automation tool and new furnace procurement. The program was implemented to improve the technology of infrastructure and facility in the refinery and will be used to practice in training program organized by Pusdiklat Migas.
